At Lykke Kaffegårdar we have over 10 years of coffee roasting experience within the speciality coffee industry. With a strong roasting philosophy and a great understanding of how to maximize the potential of green coffee during the roasting process, we are ready to pass on our knowledge through roasting consultancy. 

Our goal when roasting is the maximize sweetness and intensity of flavor whilst preserving of each coffee’s inherent flavor characteristics. The goal with consultancy, however, is not only to teach our roasting philosophy but also to create a greater understanding of the roasting process, allowing you to design roast profiles and develop your own roasting style. 

We have experience with roasting machines from multiple manufacturers including Loring, Deidrich and Probat, varying in size from 5kg - 300kg.
