OUR BUILDING – A small slice of heaven in Hökis

Our Stockholm roastery is located in an old coal power station that used to warm up the surrounding buildings. Now we will warm up the neighbors with sustainably
produced coffee straight from our own farms instead.
Long term cooperation is important to us and we have a long relationship with many of the real estate owners in Stockholm and together we have built a dynamic environment for the neighborhood to enjoy.
A part of the roastery will be open to the public to showcase our world of coffee. The smell of freshly roasted coffee will also bless anyone in the vicinity of Hökarängen subway station. Yum.
The old coal silo system is brought to life again and Lykke has found a home and base for our future.
A part of our coffee is also roasted by some friends of ours in Berlin. We came to this set up when we realized that our buddies had surplus capacity at their place, but a surprise benefit is that the roasting in Berlin means fewer emissions, since 20% of the weight of the coffee is lost during roasting and most coffee lands in Germany before being transported to Sweden.
