BREW GUIDE - POUR OVER
Pour over - 300 ml
We love the traditional method of pour over, and if you are home with a little more time, learning this brew technique is the perfect project. This recipe can easily be adjusted for brewing larger volumes, just keep the same ratio of coffee to water and adjust the grind slightly to compensate.

- Freshly roasted coffee
- Digital scale
- Grinder
- Pouring kettle

Dose: 20g
Grind: Medium to fine
Water temp: 92-98°C
Brew Time: 3 minutes
